Who Does the Government Have to Worry About?

Tuesday, January 12, 2010

Anti-abortionists, “survivalists,” Christian identity types, and other assorted “dangerous types” who are anti-government. Lemme see, survivalists – meaning people who are self-sustaining, resourceful as hell, live off their own land, don’t bother anyone, and take care of themselves as well as people in their community. They’re among the type of people that “the government needs to keep an eye on…” Check out Obama’s man, Erroll Southers, on the targets of the Feds.

A 21-karat moron heading an organization staffed entirely by 18-karat morons. How absolutely fitting!

I must beg to differ with the banner at the end of the YouTube segment reading “Not fit to head the TSA.” This assclown is the perfect candidate for that job! Would any reasonable person expect anyone other than a boot-licking, brainless, talentless, racist, affirmative action politician to head a disgrace like the TSA? Good grief, any self-respecting human being with even an ounce of ability and the remotest prospects of gainful employment would clean toilets for a living before accepting THAT “job.”

BTW, am I the only one who thinks this guy looks like Obama’s long-lost twin brother?

These survivalist folks generally: 1) are NOT on welfare of any kind, 2) don’t commit crimes, 3) pay their share of taxes, 4) vote independent or republican. I wonder which characteristic of the previous four gets them in Erroll Souther’s crosshairs? If you think about it though Karen, survivalists know how to grow food, and secure game (net-fishing and hunting), and build things out of wood for their own usage, and make ointments and even some medicines out steam-distilling naturally occuring oils. In other words they can “make” some non-taxable wealth via their own efforts that the government does not get to tax. They can even build a cabin and heat it with a homemade stone-hearth fire. They can also “make it” out there in the event of civilizational breakdown, and democratic constituents (as evidenced during the aftermath of Katrina) cannot. Its another “false-fingerpointing” on behalf of the left, to redirect anger incorrectly towards a make-believe boogey man. I would bet that less than one-tenth of one measley percent of the crimes committed in this nation are performed by adherents of survivalism, defined as simply knowing the necessary arts to survive just in case of civilizational breakdown.
BTW—Im really big on “false fingerpointing” coming from the left. Its happening in the media all the time now. Lawrence Auster had a column a few weeks back on how a Muslim fanatic murdered a Swedish ex-girlfriend of his and four of her co-workers in a city with a gun. The sub-heading to the AP article that covered the event went something like: “Shooting raises questions about the right-to-bear-arms in a rural country where hunting is popular”. What a load of garbage that “false-fingerpointing” done in the broad daylight was? That string of murders had nothing to do with hunters or the right-to-bear arms, but of something very different entirely, but the AP ran with that subtitle to the headline. Its happening more and more.

Somehow it doesn’t surprise me that this is another idiot handpicked by Obama. When are the rest of the American people going to wake up and see the devastation that Obama is single handedly wreaking upon our country. And yes liberranter, he does look like Obama’s long-lost twin brother – maybe that’s how he got the nomination

For an incredible insight into what a true survivalist would have to endure if the US were ever devastated by a nuke attack or multiple terrorist attacks or even an electrical grid breakdown and the sheer horrible consequences, pick up a copy of James Howard Kunstler’s, WORLD HAND MADE. From trucks unable to deliver goods or food to no gasoline for autos, to break-ins and kidnappings, to lawlessness and the inevitability of those who take the law into their own hands..you will read this book again and again. It is a reminder that this is within the realm of possiblity. I find it funny that this administration’s tax tactics now coupled with the failing stimulus plans are already taking their toll on towns around the country. Here in CT, we have towns already laying off police, firemen, hospital help, teachers and closing libraries. Fast forward to this environment where more and more towns and cities are victims of such a scenario. I wonder how the crackpot czar creeps would then handle the potential breakdown. Indeed, unless they have vast armies to keep at bay the looters and lawless, who when desperate will do desperate things, we will then know just what the wild west was all about. Miles, you are to be commended to prepare for what could be an eventuality. You would enjoy the book I mentioned, and probably learn more than a new trick or two in survivalism. Should that day ever come, there won’t be time for the czars to concern themselves with those they view as the enemy, the survivalists. No doubt the czars will be out there doing their share of thuggery and thievery. In a real way, they should fear the survivalists for they will survive, while the weak ones such as the lazy-feed-off-the-system gov types will perish as they are only good at pigging out at the tax trough.

We saw what Jeannie accurately described as “lazy-feed-off-the-system gov types” waiting for someone to rescue them during Katrina. That worked out pretty well didn’t it? And the ones who were willing an able to fend for themselves were assaulted and disarmed by the police.

One thing I noticed that this Czar apparent forgot to mention was the “Beltway Snipers.” Wonder why?
