Forget that this program is completely socialistic. Never mind that it took four people (?) to write this junk. Such a thing would be so convoluted and to carry it off would involve massive government oversight. It would be great for federal job employment. The fact that the lead writer is a “co-director of the Center for Experimental Social Science at New York University” makes sense after you read it.
