Read “The Vegetarian Myth”

If you are into food/health/nutrition and related issues, as I am, I heartily suggest that you make the time to read Lierre Keith’s The Vegetarian Myth. I’m early into the book, and already, it’s an attention snatcher. It was recommended to me by Richard Nikoley from Free the Animal.
Mark Sisson, who never does book reviews, just posted an excellent review of the book. Dr. Michael Eades also reviewed the book.
Much of the book is online at Google, but I preferred to order it and curl up on the couch in front of the Christmas tree, with a glass (or two) of wine, reading this important work. Yes, her politics are quite a bit off for me – she’s a radical feminist – but that’s easy to look past while focusing on the rest of this important book.

Being vegetarian myself, I would get to it right now (Isn’t it nice having a brain and an open mind and not being stuck in collectives?). I’ll try to comment it, thanks karen!
