Police and Social Worker Seize Newborn

Sunday, April 1, 2012

Here is an article on the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) website about parents whose newborn was was seized from them, by a social worker and police, shortly after the mother gave birth.

The social worker left the room and called the police. Without a court order they took custody of Annie, immediately claiming that she was suffering from illness or injury—a patently false claim.

The social worker consented to the administration of the Hepatitis B shot even though no blood test had been done.

The police made Jodi Ferris get up out of her hospital bed and escorted her to the entrance—they were expelling her from the hospital because she had not signed the “safety plan.”

Scott met her at the entrance to the hospital. The police escorted them both off of the grounds of the hospital.

So – the nanny state punishes parents who actually care enough about their children to properly educate them.

The state wants the child to become a “human resource” instead of an individual child of two caring parents. It’s working in may places. Many parents do nothing to educate their children, then pass their progeny – who can play video games, but cannon read, write, or count to ten, off on the public school system, then complain about the results.

The government masters then mandate “kindergarten” to correct this deficiency.

Care about your children, suffer the punishment. Egads.

One of a thousand things the hospital did in this situation, if the baby was so ill as they claimed, they would not have considered giving any vaccinations at the time.

Lesson learned here: Hire a mid-wife or a private OB-GYN nurse and give birth at home. NEVER, EVER use a hospital delivery room!
