Or, for that matter, in any other oblast of Amerika. For all of the prattling nonsense published in Establishment news outlets and academic textbooks about how “entrepreneurs and their small businesses make up the bulk of economic activity in the nation” (which might have been true at one time, but certainly is not now), it is clear that all levels of government have been waging incessant warfare on the entrepreneurial class for quite some time and that the environmental/green scam is just its latest manifestation. Why the hostility toward the productive class? Because entrepreneurs tend to be independent and creative visionaries, people who are not easily cowed or lied to and who believe that the fruits of their own labor are their own property. In other words, entrepreneurs are the very type of people the State loathes because they are so difficult to control. If it weren’t for the fact that the parasites needed a host off of which to live, the State would deal with entrepreneurs the way that Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin dealt with races, ethnic groups, and political classes they despised.
