On our current path, it's not inconceivable that there will soon be a Health/Fitness Czar. Just like the ludicrous, arbitrary emmissions standards we're encumbered with, our future Czar may pick a number out of the sky, say 15% bodyfat (or let's use an equally arbitrary measure like BMI) and determine that anyone above that threshold is in 'default'. Woe betide those on the wrong side of the line, fast-tracked toward the mandatory drugging you alluded to above...all for the greater good.
