I blogged about Arnold Schwarzenegger’s veto of the menu Nazis in California. A judge in NYC struck down a similar coup last month, however, the New York, anti-private property bureaucrats and special interest boobs are not giving up. In another great moment of stupidity, we have this:

The idea, Frieden said, is to make people think twice about ordering a 1,000-calorie lunch, which for many people is about half the recommended daily total of calories.

And it means WHAT to “make people think twice?” What a mouthful of sewage these numbnuts spew! Are we not sick of mindless pleas for power over the lives and property of others? People who will do anything in order to control the lives of others need to drop dead on the spot.
