I am a bit portly. I love pizza. I love bruatworst and bacon. I guess it is not so healthy. But I like to get ground hamburger right from the cow in meat department too. I think many food is kind of trap though- like a propaganda to eat factory foods. But I never buy a TV – I do use a TV for my Laptop – but never watch channel. I like drink many cups of green tea – it is so healthful. Maybe I can send you some green teas!? I like pizza – are you thinking I am bad for going to eat at pizza place… I can’t stop I love cheese so much… place advise me on pizza. Thanks

This is great news! Three people I am glad to hear will be with us a lot longer thanks to the primal lifestyle. I’ve lost 30 lbs without losing a bit of strength. I haven’t had a hunger pang and haven’t been sick – not even the sniffles – in over a year. Thanks to Karen for introducing me to Sisson and his wonderful work.
