Judge: Defend Yourself Because the State Can’t Defend You

In Ashtabula County (Ohio), the Sheriff’s Department has been cut in half, and the jails are full with a waiting list for bed space. One man made sense.

Ashtabula County Common Pleas Judge Alfred Mackey was asked what residents should do to protect themselves and their families with the severe cutback in law enforcement.

“Arm themselves,” the judge said.¬†”Be very careful, be vigilant, get in touch with your neighbors, because we’re going to have to look after each other.”

My son, who resides in Texas north of Dallas, told me over a year ago that their local police were telling them they would have to cover for each other for they don’t have enough police and the distances between towns are to far to cover all. So basically they were to keep locked and loaded to cover their own protection. Of course, down there in TX they are dealing bigtime with the illegal problem and as Kevin said, by the border they have drug cartels from three south american countries, not to mention al quaeda crossing the border. I have friends in Arizona who are seeing all kinds of troubles there as well. And it won’t be getting any better anytime soon.

Now all we need is that damned super highway Obama wants that would link MX, the US and Canada…and then all hell will break loose, as anyone and their brother could take that highway cutting across the US and veer off at any point, go anywhere and drop a dirty bomb, whatever…crazyland for sure.

Three cheers for Judge Mackey! (By the way, I wonder how long a judge with so much common sense will last on the bench.)

As for the “jails [being] full with a waiting list for bed space,” you can bet that this is due to Ashtabula County’s practice, one that mirrors that of every other municipality in Amerika, of locking up scores of non-violent offenders, mostly as a result of the “War” on Drugs.

Folks, Judge Mackey’s advice is just plain common sense (I know, I know – “common” sense isn’t “common” at all). The armed tax parasite gangsters in the state’s employ are NOT “protecting and serving” anyone but themselves and their politician bosses. In localities like Ashtabula County that have done the right thing and given pink slips to large numbers of these glorified thugs on welfare, citizens face the additional danger of being preyed upon by these idle and otherwise unemployable creatures. So, as the judge says, ARM YOURSELF! You never know who the enemy might turn out to be.

The state can’t protect you. Case law underscores this important fact: You can hold the police liable for failing to protect you.

    Protect yourself. Carry a handgun.

In New York City Mayor Bloomberg’s Police Department is deployed around the ” moneyed neighborhoods ” while the rest of us hardly ever see the police unless there is a body on the ground.

If your home is broken into and you report items stolen the police refuse to make a report of it unless you have pictures of the items in your home as well as sales receipts or else a videotape od the burglary!

Our Mayor Magnificent Insists On Low Crime Statistics And This Is But One Of The Ways That That Is Accomplished. This Is What Happens When A Rich Bean-Counter Is Placed in Charge Of A Large City. The Criminals Are Having A Field Day Here!!

Are taxes being reduced along with services?

    Yes, that’s a joke.
