I love the Jessica Lynch exaggerations being exposed. It has got to be embarrassing for all of those that fell for the propaganda so readily, and gushed over Lynch right out of the gate. Yours Truly smelled it. And I was called “uncompassionate” and told “how dare you” for saying so. Well, according to the Star Tribune, “The controversy boiled over anew last week, when Los Angeles Times columnist Robert Scheer wrote that the Pentagon had made Lynch “a propaganda pawn” in “a fabrication” that was “merely one in a series of egregious lies marketed to us by the Bush administration.” That column was widely reprinted by newspapers, including the Star Tribune.”
