I Am Not Dead!

Funny, but I got lots of emails and comments asking if I am okay, etc. I am! A combination of my very busiest time of year (January and February) followed by a trip to Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and France) has kept me tied up and away from things a bit. Normal activity due to start up this weekend.

We missed you but you didn’t miss anything while you were on the other side of the pond.

    Boobus is alive and well.

Yesterday, in Cleveland, there were dire warnings of a winter storm.  So what does Boobus do?  Why, close the schools before a snowflake even falls!  Heck, it was sunny and 50 degrees…but hey, I guess the teachers needed a day off.

So this morning, we get a little snow and I head to the gym for my morning workout.  I was surprised to see a handful of high school kids working out.  I heard them laugh about how stupid it was to close the schools.  They were laughing about how lazy and stupid their teachers and administrators are, but happy that they weren’t in school and that they could instead spend the whole day working out.

Good to see that there are some productive kids out there who have their eyes open and see things the way they really are.

PS:  I also heard them say they won’t be attending any make up days.  F the school board!!

Mang, wHAt would propel you to go to Europe? Didn’t you feel completely naked without a sidearm? I imagine it’d be a lot like being on Facebook, like walking naked in a crowd. …I just couldn’t do it for long.

That whole ‘no guns allowed’ thing keeps me out of A Lot of places.

Anyway, I have a Primal related question. For some people, I’m sure it’s not something to ask in pleasant company. Perhaps the person I ask on the behalf of has other reasons for the problem? I know someone who has gone Primal, mostly Paleo. That person has been having a terrible time with gas.

I did a search on LRC hoping Mercola, or Dr. Group, or Mark Sisson might have had something to say about it, but I found nothing.

Perhaps I didn’t look hard enough?

I was wondering if you have anything you’d like to add on that subject?

In the background a TV commercial for the product Beano is playing, “be-no-gas”.
    Is that the only solution?

Pardon me if I’ve smeared this blog entry, but I’ve been charged with finding an answer. And this is the best first place I could think of to ask. This IS Primal Central, in my mind.

I would like to see you revisit the CAP and this time ask a Cadet such as myself how the brain washing is done.

Ironically, I was just commenting to my wife that I hadn’t seen anything from you on LRC for some time. And then, just a few minutes ago, I sent you a link to an article about ADHD. You must have been on my mind. Finally, we are leaving for London and Paris in May. Any advice for first time visitors?
