A reader, Jasmine Henriques, put together a graphic on the US as a police state, and so I thought I’d give this nice visual a plug. It’s smartly done, and if you have any suggestions for additions, I suggest you contact the authors via the website.

    It isn’t just yet.

I can still call Obama names, and the police don’t kick my door in the middle of the night and take me off to the ¬†gulags…errr…re-education camps.

    Not yet, any way.

Interesting. The police state has been advancing at just a slow enough pace over the years that the frog doesn’t know he’s being cooked. As society becomes more habituated, the pace has increased. Yesterday a Boeing E6B Air Force jet flew low over Austin TX literally all day long. This is the mobile nuclear war command plane. Are they making suggestions to us?
