Flu Can “Kill in a Flash”

This story presents some insane fear mongering, as is the norm from the mainstream media. The message is that Austin, a “healthy” 17-year-old, died from the flu because he didn’t get a flu shot. The full story is not revealed, of course, but near the very end of the story it is noted that the teen had¬†methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Austin’s mother, Regina Booth, is now a propagandist for government flu shots:

Booth has joined Families Fighting Flu and helps distribute posters that feature Austin’s picture and encourage people to be vaccinated.

p.s. – I just had a brother lose his leg to a MRSA infection this year. MRSA can be deadly, especially when it is a complication of influenza. Here’s a MRSA death in Maryland, and the woman had her flu vaccination. Thanks to James Nellis for the link.
