“Duh” and Yikes!

This thing scares me. In spite of some agreeable points (on Big Pharma, health screening, and the bankrupt American empire), it’s very unsophisticated and completely unsupported by any facts or robust commentary. #3 reads “Modern Society is Unsustainable.”  Yes, the word “population bubble” is used. This should have never been written.

Wowzers…..So he’s basically utilizing the ‘advancement of technology’ he so criticizes in his point #10 to sum up advocating a life of pure veganism, population control, and promotion of selling products on his website….Yes, mix in some truth with unmerited claims and see what you get…

RE: Duh and Yikes in which Mike Adams, NaturalNews Editor portends the future. In fact, he has a good handle on what is coming down
the pike, , especially with Big Duh #3 – Modern society is not sustainable. All else hinges on that no. 3! To be informed I
encourage you to watch/learn from an 8 part video how we will all be impacted by no. 3 in Mark’s remarks. To view those 8 youtube
videos, check the first video by Professor Albert A. Bartlett. Dept of Physics/Univ of Colorado/Boulder on The landmark presentation “Population, Arithmetic, and Energy”. The url for that one is–http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-QA2rkpBSY. Be sure to watch them in sequence…this takes some time to get through each video, but in so watching them, you will soon learn that numbers do NOT LIE…and the numbers he reveals are astounding at the very least. I would add that all the ‘health’ stuff that Mark speaks of pales in comparison to much more larger problems already here.

It’s because he can’t let go of numbers 3 and 7 is why I unsubscribed from Mike Adams many months ago. I can’t read anyone who can only parrot totalitarian, political, “science with an agenda” talking points. A phrase “modern society is not sustainable” is something that has been said, incorrectly, for thousands of years. Actually wasn’t isn’t sustainable is backward ancient non-technological impoverishment.

No s*@t Tom, I think I agree. Give me the right bunch of people and I’ll give you the ability to keep them alive. I was wondering what comments there would be for this story. I was speechless for a time. Some of what this other website says is spot on (GMO) while other stuff, it’s like, what are they thinking? Such hopeless, “what are we gonna do?” bunch of give up people. Instead of, “Hey, I can fix this, gimmie a minute.” There is a give up and die attitude. There are millions of farmers, AC repair guys, hydo-electric dam constructors, grain wet millers, bycicle riding Mf’er’s that are saying there is a whole bunch of capacity to this here earth that we don’t need this stinkin’ negative self-defeating attitude! I think there is an attempt to rationalize a, “Logans Run” type of euthan… kill off the excess population goin on here. It seems as if some people think they are superior to others and think they are in a position to decide who lives and who dies. From what floats through the sky, I think it appears that is just what many in positions of power are thinking. If such an attitude gets wide enough airtime, people will be lining up to die just like in Logan’s Run. PSFT… what a bunch of BS. Support the farmer’s, be fruitful and multiply. Succeed/secession while you’re at it. Unless everyone is too braindead to contemplate such an idea.

Tom…..exactly. The people over at Natural News can be great until they broach these rabid, left-wing topic favorites. Then my eyes roll. The problem with Adams is his often poorly-written, unsupported commentary. This commentary isn’t even well-presented on the GOOD points.
