Don’t Oppose Tyranny Without a Permit

The Young Americans for Liberty vs. the D.C. SWAT crew. These kids don’t have the right to peacefully assemble at the National Mall and protest Obama’s health care plan without a “permit.” So they are confronted by the cops who arrive in an armored SWAT truck. At one point, as the protest leader is calmly discussing things with the police officer in charge, the officer, dressed head-to-toe in tough-guy black, appears to reach for his taser and makes a gesture showing he’s ready to use it. Watch these kids sticking their point-and-shoot cameras and cell phones at the cops, snapping pictures all over the place, with the promise of a YouTube appearance.

They have at least one of the heavy duty armored plated swat trucks here in Charlotte, NC. Riot control? Maybe midnight arrests?

18 USC 242 trumps anything CFR this ignorant little man can quote.

That Trevor has guts, I’ll say that. He toe’d the line on that one, it seemed to be about as close as one can get to being tasered and not get tasered. My feeling is, once those tasers are out, that’s it, you’re getting zapped.
The bottom line, all administrative law trumps constitutional rights, or so it seems.
Midnight round-ups by men in black, now where have I heard that story before? And wasn’t it denied by most everyone beofrehand as an impossibility?

Then, isn’t the video proof your rights were violated by those officers? When does the lawsuit begin?
