Well, I’ve been on vacation, hence the blog being at a standstill for some time. I really missed being away from the computer and keeping up with the news while I was gone, and now that I am back, the motivation to get back to things is slow in coming. I’ve got lots of articles, a couple of book reviews, etc., coming out of the chute, and generally, many projects are due by early August, so time will be tight in the coming weeks. After vacation, my office looks like a storm blew through it. Photography equipment everywhere and flash cards all over the place as I try to recover many hundreds of photos after I had camera “errors” in Tennessee. Uploading and organizing this many photos is a full-time job in the short term. It seems I lost some photos that disappeared off the flash cards as errors started to occur. I had a photo of me shooting a Barrett .50 BMG that seems to be gone.

Anyways …… I’ll dig my mind back into the issues soon, I hope.
