Jailed for Yawning
Wednesday, August 12, 2009 8:12 No CommentsClifton Williams yawned in court during his cousin’s sentencing, and for that he was sentenced to six months for contempt-of-court. …A state’s attorney’s office spokesman, Chuck Pelkie, said Williams did not let out a “simple” yawn. “It was a loud and boisterous attempt to disrupt the proceedings,” he said.
