   Thats a great little film. It points out that in Massachusetts you can’t even buy the kind of health plan you want anymore. You have to buy what THEY (the state) says you must have. You can’t buy higher deductible policies to save on premiums. And if you don’t buy it at all, they FINE YOU every year.

   Has all the new Mass Health system worked? … I would say NO.
