The higher up the political/governmental food chain you go, the greater the craving for power. The few federal employees I knew well, all were intense busy-bodies who seemed to enjoy messing with other people's life. My neighbor, who worked for the Dept of Energy in Chicago area, (please tell me what they do?) was in my house one day and scolded me about not being a recycler.....
