Got Dog?

As is customary, the blog must have occasional pictures of the dogs. I fostered this little guy, Roy, for a few weeks. Never in my life have I seen a dog that could run like this guy. He was pure sprinter.

He looks like a real sweet dog…I’m curious, how do you ‘foster’ a dog? Is that caring for them until a permanent owner is found?
