Price Crimes
Wednesday, May 18, 2011A while back I posted this blog with a clever construction from a reader.
Raising prices is “gouging”.
Lowering prices is “predation”.
Keeping them the same is “collusion”.
Cutting costs is “scheming”.What’s next?
And so now there is this cartoon strip from 2008. Thanks to Deb T. for the heads-up.

The same thought expressed in rhyme is in the poem at the end of The Incredible Bread Machine.
